This is how we use and protect any personal information that you give us on our website (last updated in May 2008):

If you give us your name, contact information including email address, demographic information such as your postcode, and maybe some other relevant information too, we might use the information to improve our products and services.

For example, if you subscribe to our email newsletter (when we eventually get round to it), we maynow and again send you emails about new products, special offers, events or other stuff which we think you'll think is interesting using the email address which you have provided.

We'll try not to bombard you with emails more than around twice month.
We try to keep your information secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have suitable procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We use cookies. A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be on your computer's hard drive. The cookie helps our website to respond to you as an individual, remembering what products you looked at or what your username is, that kind of thing. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.

If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information to send you emails or promotional material, you can change your mind at any time by simpy contacting us, or using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you may request details of personal information which we hold about you. We might charge you a small fee to cover our costs for doing this.
 

If you believe that any information we have about you is wrong or incomplete, please write to or email us and we will correct it.
